Larger projects requiring structural changes and/or planning consent will require drawings to illustrate and explain the work required. 

With your drawings in place, we are excited to meet with you for a detailed briefing and site visit.

Dealing with damp

At this stage, we would expect a client to review their ideas and to consider taking elements in or out of the project.

When you have your final thoughts together, we recommend giving your feedback to us.

We will conduct a second site visit to review any changes to the original estimate and to assess details around site access.
