At Browne & Sons, we are committed to protecting everyone affected by our work, including our clients, subcontractors, visitors and members of the public.

From domestic renovations and structural alterations to commercial refurbishment and maintenance, we plan our work around the risks of each project. We pay particular attention to safe access, dust control, site security and protecting people when buildings remain occupied during construction.

Director Michael Browne has completed the CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and holds a three-day First Aid at Work qualification. He leads our approach to health and safety, working with our subcontractors and specialist advisers where required.

​

Our health and safety policy sets out responsibilities and practical arrangements for working safely. It also addresses mental health and wellbeing, alongside clear expectations concerning drugs, alcohol and fitness for work.
